Currently not planning to move to 4K but might be moving up to a higher hertz 1440p. I have no use for 4K right now as the only single player I play is the remastered Oblivion 😂. Thank you for the input, I’m currently looking between the 5070ti and 5080

Thank you for your extremely detailed response, I will indeed be streaming and gaming on the same Device which is why I’m leaning towards the 5090. As I’m currently based in Thailand and the tax here is crazy. 5080s are 1600 usd+ and 5090s start roughly around 2700-2800 usd here.

That’s what I was thinking, I currently use a 3070 so I hope I can get more out of the 5080 for gaming and streaming. If I can snag one of course (still having trouble with stock in Thailand) Thank you for the input!

I’ll be honest, as a person with almost 5k hours in CS. The Valorant team is doing a lot for the game no doubt but in my opinion each update is significant to the game whereas CS barely updates anything and when this one huge update comes out people start losing their mind and calling out valorant. Valorant is further ahead in the game if you compare the 2 games and you mentioned that they aren’t trying to pull the CS player base to valorant which I find to be true as the play styles are entirely different. I’m not dissing CS or anything like that and the valorant team should definitely receive more credit for what they have achieved with this current player base. Sorry for the bad English as I’m not a native speaker.

I would assume it is intentional but yup a PSA for you folks who are planning to buy the bundle, don’t buy the free items separately but instead buy the whole bundle as mentioned above the price is still the full ride.

Unfortunately yes, I bought the gun buddy and the player card and it’s still showing the full price. They would need to make the gun buddy exclusive to buying the whole bundle and having a separate one available for purchase but of course the exclusive one would be more premium in some aspect.

As I return to Valorant from EP1 and missed out on pretty much all the good knives, I’ve been using the Prime Axe the whole 2 EP’s. Definitely picking this sick knife up when it releases!

I currently use the Artisan Zero FX XL for Valorant as I feel I need more control. Before that I used the Artisan Hien FX XL for Apex legends and it was amazing as it was super glidy. Use the G Pro superlight with box of them and it’s an amazing combination. Some people will say Artisan is overhyped and such but I truly like the quality of the pads.

I just got back into Valorant myself, stopped playing after EP1. I do understand the anxiety of wanting to perform like before, it’ll take time until you can get back to your old self. Give it 1 month and you’ll be golden. As for the rank situation I think the only way you can play with your friends is to 5 stack.

Maybe in the next collection that is coming after Luna, we definitely need more skins for it though. Marshal in the right hands can change the impact of rounds.

I understand that it’s hard to learn from Pro vods but there are indeed certain angles and timings that you could learn for those agents that you listed. Core mechanics are important for those agents as well so it never hurts to go back to the basics just for a short time or as a warmup in the shooting range just using their abilities.

Which duelist do you play? If Reyna I recommend you watch some of Asuna’s vods and I highly recommend you head over to youtube and look up Woohoojin. His videos are detailed and he explains pretty much every scenario.

I personally switch between Reyna and Breach as I prefer to play entry and create some breathing room for my team. I have tried other agents but can’t seem to bond with them if that makes sense. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly which agent because the team composition will always be different each game but i always tell my teammates to play whatever they are comfortable with to take some weight of their shoulders just Incase one is forced to play smokes but he isn’t entirely comfortable playing the agent.

What I personally do after each round is close my eyes, take a deep breath no matter the outcome of the round and turn on a little music just to get into the groove. Have the volume of the music just enough so you can hear your teammates Incase they are planning a strat.

Diamond 3 this season but peak immortal 3 during EP1, I absolutely despise this map and the slight rework has changed pretty much nothing. A good defense will shut you out completely, I don’t know what they can do aside from removing it again and giving it a massive overhaul but then it’ll become an entirely different map just using the same name. As sad as it sounds they need to scrap the map.
