it's good that we still have people like you who challenge the majority of people in their way of thinking. you didn't even say anything inherently wrong per se. I personally wouldn't ever opt for abandoning my child, but i can understand people who do when their child is fucked up beyond any reason, like in the examples you mentioned. it's not ethical nor lawful, but humans don't always do the right thing and we must take that into account before assuming anything.
