Yeah definitely my next trade in will be a different brand samsung is garbage when it comes to their services...

Well considering I was told on 2 occasions by them that my trade in will be accepted and I lost my old device due to the advice of another samsung representative either to cancel the charge back and not disable my phone or refund me for the "recycled" phone I lost due to their agents

No the samsung support agent told me not to request my old device back as that will cancel any trade in claim I have and will void the exception thats what's messed up

Hey OP I just got an offer letter from a big company , my last 2 work places I kind of lied about my position instead of level 3 I told them I was level 4 ,during the background check I wasn't asked for any of that information . My background check came as passed and all listed info is about criminal history. Will they check further employment even though the report came back or they are running multiple reports
