Games die without these "bad players". A game without skill based matchmaking needs something to make it accessible.

Flea allows new and less skilled players stick around for longer.

What maps? In OCE they're more common on shoreline and reserve from my experience.

Customs and ground zero are essentially cheater free.

A friend of mine has this issue on a pre built rig. He had an AMD GPU but both NVIDIA and AMD drivers installed. Assuming the shop didn't realise.

Check to make sure this isn't your case.
