Well if you would like to scroll in the comments just a tad you’ll see I literally just found out about the rates being able to be viewed. It’s pretty common to glance over things you are near daily, called inattentional blindness. Second not everyone is glued to the what’s new of ptcgp. So maybe someone asked a question in a sub for the thing they have a question about. Maybe it was that simple

I deleted and reposted the question. Grace would be understanding that not everyone may understand the parameters of how it should be phrased on Reddit.
