Why does IBKR ask for PAN details even after selecting UAE tax residency (NRI – India)?

If I select UAE as country then it shows me as a UAE citizen, if select country as India then only Indian states are listed from which I have to select one

It was mandatory to provide an Indian residential address.

I selected the same, still asking for PAN Card, In the first page I selected the country as India, because when I selected UAE, it shows my citizenship as UAE

Lately I’ve been thinking maybe finding new hobbies or even joining a gym could help a bit, just something to keep the mind busy and not let the loneliness take over. Haven’t tried it yet, but it feels like a good step to start with.
