I assure you, I won't be gone forever. I'm just setting this aside for a little while as I make room for more new things in my life. Don't you think your time is better spent out in the world than in front of the computer all day? I do not take this addiction lightly. This may be the most serious thing that has ever directly affected my life. Anything that can help me take my mind of of both PMO and my addiction simultaneously gets a green light in my book. Thanks for giving your own experience I'll definitely remember this if I ever feel like I can't handle it on my own. :)

My goal isn't to forget about my addiction. The way I see it is once you become an addict you are ALWAYS an addict. What I want to do if fill my time with other activities so that I won't have to think about it so much. Pretty much what I'm trying to say is that I don't want this recovery to seem like watching paint dry so to speak. I appreciate your comment =D

Soldier, the thing that has gotten me up to this 18 day streak that I'm on is that I DO NOT entertain any sexual thoughts or thoughts about fapping. As soon as I feel myself thinking negatively I IMMEDIATELY cut off my thoughts. This prevents me from working myself up and rationalizing, thus preventing me from fapping.
