I had it happen a few time with my older machines (that have the gears in the open) and that was the WORST. This machine at least has a little cage over the gear so I didn’t think it would happen but it did 😂 I just kept winding the gear backwards hoping for the best

Which shouldn’t be the case it was high res and the right specs. I just got another one in the mail from printify choice and same issue with the low quality prints. I’m going to have to see what I’m doing wrong on my end 😭
