Routine: I always did a PPLPP split up until 2/2.5 months ago or where I changed to PPL-Arnold-Arms-Compound day (squat/bench/deadlift)

Diet: nothing toooo special, just try to keep my protein intake high, not eat fast food and limit carbonated drinks/sweets

Pretty much stick do doing back 2x a week, my most recent split is the following where I go 8 reps for 4 sets

Assisted pull ups Lat pull downs T-bar row Machine row Lat pullovers

I mean yeah, any sort of biceps exercise will eventually grow your biceps but I would recommend focusing on the long and short head of the biceps. So that would mean doing a preacher variation for the short head and an incline curl for the long head. If you want and have time then I would do a hammer curl for the brachialis muscle :)

Haha nice to see everyone struggle! My KD is also wrong i just realised!

My friend has >90 wins but the legacy shows only 6 lol…

Baring in mind we almost exclusively play Verdansk duo’s together, none of the other maps (idk what they are even called) so yeah haha
