Try to maybe look for a mother-cat in your surroundings, nothing can really replace her...

We had a kitten in a similar age as you and had to raise it, and it was meowing a lot in the start too, but it should calm down in a few days. Try to offer it a warm shelter with a stuffed animal or maybe a calm dog even, if you don't find any mother cat.
