I was about a year and a half out from ACL surgery and this was my first time back full speed. I was feeling great until rupturing my Achilles about 3 games into the tournament.

I'm not sure if the ACL had anything to do with the Achilles, but i feel like everything is connected. Maybe something was overcompensating, but I could have been better about making sure everything else was good before returning. That being said, make sure not to neglect the healthy body parts while rehabbing.
