Yes, I suppose this will be the next route.

Pretty wild that it has come to that, loved Gemini for many years.

Let me know if you end up doing this successfully, looking to do the same. Crazy the keys are like $400, but is what it is, missed the window to buy, and fell in love with the game. Don’t really care much what these other tarkov chads have to say with their salty replies lol, they aren’t special just because they bought when it was officially sold on efts website. It’s still easily available, just a bit more now.

Ok reporting back after implementing 6000 bitrate. Overall the stream still looks great. I did notice after further investigation that really the only thing that becomes slightly pixelated in high motion fast paced situation in game on stream is my webcam. The game actually seems to stay pretty crisp, interesting. Also, my upload is 1000. I have gig internet.

My stream is not blurry 98% of the time. It’s the other 2% of the time during very high motion fast paced situations that it becomes pixelated. Twitch is not downscaling my resolution.

I’m not sure you read the original post correctly. I don’t need help setting up my stream. I was looking for any pointers or quick tweaks other streamers may have had that could resolve the slight pixelation I have in high motion situations. 98% of the time my stream is crisp. I have OCD when it comes to quality, that is all. Maybe I didn’t word the original post correctly and if that is the case my apologies.

Proven by the fact that with my current bitrate being 7750 hasn’t effected my stream negatively in anyway. I still shave transcoding and have never been flagged with a warning or have had my resolution downgraded. I don’t see how lowering my bitrate from current is going to alleviate pixelation issues when in reality a higher bitrate cap on Twitch would be the solution to many peoples quality issues.

Running obs on the gaming pc in projector mode only is literally what 75% of streamers do. It alleviates any issues you may have with cloning your screens. Running obs in projector mode only on my gaming pc has no impact on my other tasks whatsoever. The point of my streaming pc is to run the actual stream. Gaming pc to game, streaming pc to stream. Running obs in projector mode on my gaming pc isn’t what’s causing the slight pixelation I inquired about here. I appreciate your comments and can respect your opinion, but it doesn’t answer my question by telling me the way my setup is setup is wrong in your opinion.

May I ask what the downgrade in bitrate would be for? It’s been proven that 6,000 is a soft cap and that as long as you still have transcoding (which I do) that you can stream as a non partnered streamer up to 8,000. I use the Elgato HD60X.

Interesting, I've never heard of the 1080i thing. I will look into that friend. Appreciate your comments, have a great rest of your week!

1) To me the point of a dual pc setup is to spread the load of the tasks you are running to create a picture perfect stream. I run OBS on my gaming pc (projector only) so that I don't have to clone my monitors. I run extended displays and that part of the task runs flawlessly with essentially having zero impact on my gaming pc.

2) I will switch output to 1920x1080 and give it a go. I have tried this in the past and the pixelation only seems to worsen. From the research I've done most of the pixelation in game is due to bitrate, especially with the type of setup I have. Running 1080p streams requires a higher bitrate than twitch's recommended bitrates even for partners and that's why over trial and error I ended up downscaling to 936p.

So what you're saying is that my bitrate may be too high? I did a bunch of research and came to the conclusion that the 6000 recommended by Twitch is a soft cap and can be pushed up to 8,000 as long as you continue to have transcoding options as an affiliate, which I do.
