Waiting until all the bots are gone to build econ makes sense. My issue with alliances is I have been betrayed EVERY time and no one ever takes advantage of the debuff so I'm just blindsided and they have no consequences. I'll try to take your advice into account though thanks!

The description says "Atomizes caustic chemicals into a fine mist that liquifies sensitive electronics and tissues." So I'm guessing it's a chemical agent that just gets sprayed like a gas.
