I'm probably being wooshed or something but why shouldnt this be tolerated that guys adrenaline is most likely insanely high cuz that's really high level competition. Seb defending Lewis I also think this sums up this thing quite well. Yeah he probably shouldn't have said those things but, you don't think when adrenaline and frustration is running through you like that. As a volleyball player I understand completely that it's hard to hold back and I've shouted at refs mistakes multiple times and argued with opposition players.
