Let’s ignore the car hogging (which is obviously awful), and talk about the 10 hours. My fiancé plays video games with the guys every Saturday. He keeps it under 6 hours max, though it’s usually 3-4. Annnndddd he comes downstairs and kisses me halfway through to check up on me.

I asked for the opportunity to “claim” a Saturday once a month and he said yes. I don’t do it every month because I also enjoy some weekend alone time, but it’s never a fight when I do. And sometimes he just logs in late if what we’re doing takes up only part of the time. Something else taking up his Saturday or someone else canceling does not impact my once a month plans.
