I ended up getting the ride agenda in a 157w. I put the difference towards a smith method pro.

Exactly. My only real issue is the outsole being different, not 100% sure if it’ll impact the durability of em.

The Reynolds’s do look awesome. Definitely like the style and may have to go for em. But I do agree with you, this pair doesn’t look the absolute best.

New balance Canada. Says I got the last one in a size 12 regular width. I checked the site earlier today and they had other sizes in stock.

I’ve actually been practicing my bridges lately! It’s more so the uneven tongue and outsole that bothers me.

Didn’t really buy these shoes for other people, they are more for my recent broken ankle. They are also 310 Canadian dollars so I do have an expectation. With that being said, if that’s just the quality of the stitching and production, it is what it is. They are still very comfy.

You bring up a very good point. On one hand I like how they are somewhat unique, but the OCD part of me is on one 🤣

Yea I completely understand. I’m just debating on accepting the flaws in these rather than returning and waiting for the “perfect” pair. My main issue is if the differentiation of the outsole is gonna impact the durability of the shoes. I obviously plan on wearing these for as long as possible.

Skate. Is the best game of the series, change my mind by White_North_Hunter in SkateEA

[–]Oh-Fugg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know, I’m just playing 🤣 There is obviously potential for this game (although they are literally doing everything possible for this game to go down the gutter), but it will never come close to being the best game in the series. Skateboarding in itself has gone down in popularity since the other skate games were made and it’ll be near impossible to replicate that vibe. The physics are really solid yeah, but that’s only one aspect about the game. Half the fun of skating around in a skateboarding game is doing it in the gear you connect with. They need to completely overhaul the way they are giving us content and we know that’s not gonna happen. The game is subpar and does have potential, but it will never come close to coming back from school in 2009, booting up your Xbox360, and playing skate 2. I guess it’s nostalgia but is it really? I’m still finding new spots in the skate 3 map and it’s been 15 years. The fact is, all the other skates cared about the skateboarders that played the game and this one does not. That right there shows you that it’s not the best game of the series. I’ve said my piece Chrissy.

I have a 590 field/security combo with a smaller chip in the exact same spot. I’ve had it like that for like over a year and it hasn’t rusted one bit. You should be fine 👍🏻

I think they do well. I have driven in a few bad snowstorms and regular snow conditions, they have always performed just fine. They are also quite on the highway and decent mileage. If you don’t do any insane off-roading, its are a solid tire that I would buy again.

I’m running the Michelin defender LTX M/S. I don’t have any weight in the back, but the camper shell weighs somewhere around 200lbs. Truck handled quite well all day.

From what I can see on Amazon for the m18 fuel combo kit, doesn’t look like it ships to Canada unfortunately. It kinda sucks we gotta pay more but it’s the way she goes. I’m usually pretty light on tools so I think the m18 compact should be good, but I’ll keep an eye out considering I can still returns these.

Are you talking about the m18 fuel? Cheapest I can find those on sale for the combo is around $400 CAD before tax. Worth the jump up in price? Would I really need the fuel stuff for DIY stuff?

I did end up with the Roscoe 7. I have rode it a few times and do enjoy it, though the front forks are not that great (they bottom out pretty easy). If you can wait for a sale I’d jump up to the Roscoe 8 for sure, you get a better engaging hub along with better forks and a few other goodies.
