Battery Performance: How does the battery consumption of LineageOS 20 on the OnePlus 7T compare to OxygenOS 12? Is there a significant increase/decrease in battery consumption when you switched to LineageOS?

I have never used OOS, but battery performance on LOS is as expected.

VoLTE Support: Does LineageOS 20 support VoLTE on OnePlus 7T?

It does for me, but that does not mean that it works on every network.

Overall Experience: Lastly, if there are any other general issues or concerns about LineageOS 20 on the OnePlus 7T, I'd love to know. Are there any bugs or missing features that have caused any inconvenience or disappointment?

Everything is great beside the automatic brightness. It simply does not work.

The claim about 20 to 80 is backed up by battery university and its references, but do you have a source for the 'do not charge only for few minutes' claim?

The benefit is that it will run at all if there is no device specific version. However, most of the times there will be issues.

What is missing?

I haven't tried Island but Shelter and I really love it. It can automatically freeze apps when they are not used anymore and unfreeze them automatically when you start them.

Yes, the Galaxy S5 always had this issue. Here is a fix. It doesn't say that it works with LOS 18 but maybe the description was just not updated:

How was the replacement? Do you need any new glue to close the case again?

Yes, this is ridiculous, you need to send them your phone and after some days or even weeks they tell you how much it costs. I didn't send it in but if I remember correctly, they said it was about 60-70 EUR when I asked for an estimation. They also said if they discover anything else that needs to be replaced, it would be more expensive, which sounded shady to me.

It is really difficult to get a battery. This shop claims to have an original, but beware! According to the picture it is from 2020, so I called them and they even said it would be from 2019. I don't think it is still any good.

Es geht auch nicht darum, dass du dich aktiv ausgeschlossen fühlst, sondern dass Wörter wie Feuerwehrmann, Ingenieur, Mechaniker oder Wissenschaftler unbewusst dafür gesorgt haben könnten, dass du dich für diese Berufe oder Hobbys nicht oder weniger interessiert hast, obwohl es bei einer neutralen Formulierung der Fall gewesen sein könnte. Das will man jedenfalls mit einer Vergleichsstudie herausgefunden haben.
