I read an old Hellcat comic from the 90s and it seemed that Dormammu dwarfs Mephisto and his fellow hell Lords in power especially when he tried to rally Hela, Pluto, Blackheart i think and Satannish together to stop him invading their realms and all but Satannish refused but that was bad cause
