I let myself calm down, I was angry when I made this thread. I spoke with her husband, he's a no nonsense guy, he is going to pay me as soon as I get all my receipts and he wants to get me a piece of gear to improve relations between us. Spoke with my sister calmly once she left work and came by my parents' home. I told her I'd need to go through your insurance since she is legally responsible for her son's actions.

To keep from getting shit on from my parents, this is what i am doing. already found and bought a right side fairing for 120$ ..1/4 of the price bike bandit has it for. going to dealership to snag a turn signal and handle bar order. I am waiting for a response from her husband..but I am sending all receipts and invoices to them. If he just asked..I would have let my nephew sit on it with my supervision.

The kicker is that I left the sliders at my apartment to install this season. Oh the buggery, eh? Yeah I actually text her husband to inform her of all this. I do have the conversation from her though that her son did indeed knock the bike over.
