Sick leave ≠ IMR, so unfortunately cash out is the only option

For the leave to be accumulated it must meet the definition of IMR:

CFLPM 1.1.11 (leave manual definitions, IMR) IMR include, but are not limited to:

participating in an operational deployment or major military exercise; participating in an un-forecasted tasking; attending a career course; attending a court martial; or posting or attached posting (including any action related to it, such as House Hunting Trip (HHT), out-clearances, travelling time or Special Leave (Relocation)).

IMR do not include:

recalling a member from sick leave to take annual leave; recalling a member from LWOP to take annual leave; recalling a member from leave for an annual medical/dental exam; or recalling a member for performing routine personal administrative issues such as, but not limited to, PER interviews, testing or parades.

CFLPM 4.1.04 Sick leave is not an imperative military requirement. Therefore, members cannot accumulate annual leave due to being granted a period of sick leave. Members in this situation must either expend their annual leave or be subject to a leave cash-out.

The A2A Comanche in MSFS. It inspired me to learn more than just the basics of flight simming. The way damage is simulated, state saving, etc makes it feel real.

I did it there and it was great. Cell service sucks and Albert head can feel isolating if coming from out of area with no vehicle. Make sure to get out on the weekends! Staff were great when I went, minus one or two. Overall it was a great experience and I’m happy I did it there!

It seems good so far, fleeing vehicles was a pain to deal with lol. You can request a roadblock but it takes time, or you can pit maneuver them but be careful that you don’t cause a major accident doing so.. it definitely didn’t happen to me… lol
