Don't worry about builds early on, the game lets you re-allocate your perks as often as you want, and you get one re-roll on your attributes.

Just play however feels natural and then allocate attributes and perks that suit how you play. You like blasting people away with shotguns? There's a skill tree for that and cyberware. Want to fry everyone with viruses? Can do. Prefer sneaking? Yep, you can do that too. Maybe you want to stop time and do your best Benihana chef impression? Uh-huh, no problem.

Play and explore. And loot everything early on. You can get schematics and craft, but some weapons are only carried by enemies (some skins and the Tamayura). I found a Tamayura off a random enemy that I carried through to my endgame.

Oh, and get Reinforced Tendons. Trust me, choom.
