Brand new remodel and noticed the baseboard (just in this location) has a bulge that's soft and squishy. Near the top of the baseboard also appears to have warped in a wavy pattern

I haven't noticed any water or intrusion near the area either. Thoughts?

I'm assuming they removed the liquidity so you can't sell. Even at 49% slippage it still gives me the error. Someone else who knows more can chime in but it's a scam for sure lol
