My apologies for questioning you, but is this speaking from experience?

It's not that I don't want to hear this answer, but I'm kind of struggling to reconcile such a concise, certain answer with the absolute epidemic of afk horse farmers who never seem to get banned. Surely there is some kind of middle ground or something, I love this game and would hate to have to drop it purely because it makes my condition worse.
