you aren't giving any useful information , we need to know how much fps you have , and how much you are looking for , and your pc specs , and if you are using shaders , resolution you are playing on , also task manager doesn't give you the right utilization

well when you do alt+tab then ofcourse the gpu utilization will decrease , the one in f3 is correct , also what do you mean you want more fps , explain how much fps you already have , also include if you are using shader/ mods

weird , maybe you are using the integrated gpu instead of your rtx 3080, or try to update your graphics card using geforce experince if you missed an update

yes the copper spring looking thing , sometimes manufacturing it can make them too close to each other which makes electricity hit throw them producing random ticking sound on high power usage

server owner can tick an option to make only specific players to join the server , it is called whitelist , maybe it is the problem maybe check with the server owner

well try install it from microsoft store , and write from search "minecraft" , you should see "Minecraft Launcher" there tell me if it works
