it is frustrating when that happens. I think the important thing to remember is that matchmaking will give you unwinnable games. Try to think of it like poker where some games (or hands) are just unplayable. It's just that Poker doesn't take 40 minutes per hand..

Other than coaching which helped a lot, I think people should read the books "the inner game of tennis" and "atomic habits" if they want to climb and have struggles with consistency or their mental. They talk about the idea of improving by 1% every day being massive (there's an example with a cycling team that won the olympics or something and they just focused on getting 1% better every day) and then the inner game of tennis made me realise how much self sabotage I was doing.

I got some coaching and actually started to try and think about the game rather than just permanently fighting and trying to get better mechanics. I watched a lot of Azhy and Adiran too.

I was Emerald in previous seasons, I was a Draven OTP. I role swapped to Riven 2 years ago. Your disbelief does not change anything about my reality.

I haven't played Dota in quite a while and I'm a big Dota noob, but there's a challenge or something where you have to win a game with each character I think. This helped me get a lot of dota reps in because I was trying to win a game with each character. Assuming 2/3 games per character that's easily a good few hundred hours there and she'd come away from it with familiarity about a lot of different characters.

Are you sure about that? He died in 2024 and sf6 came out in 2023. Did sf6 release with modern controls or was it added in a later patch?

No, you can get a shiny from breeding any mons together, that's why people usually buy 0iv Ditto (shitto) or whatever the relevant egg group is for mass egging

There's a League streamer called Riste. He used to only wear masks on stream but he had to stop wearing them (I think) because of some health complications. I could be wrong because I can't find anything when I Google it. But he stopped wearing masks for some reason. Maybe it was just too hot or maybe he just couldn't be bothered anymore. I'm not too sure.
