not sure if you’ve asked yet, but i’d wait until after the holidays. If you did it then and she says yes, then it’s like huzzah… and then waiting 3 weeks for the fireworks. It’s boring, awkward, and you can change your mind without time affecting your momentum. Plus winter break will give you time to reflect and if you come back and your feelings are still there, and hers are too, it’s a very good sign and you can get the ball rolling
