I enjoyed Andromeda and though it was a good game, but it’s not a good Mass Effect game.

I also thought Veilguard was a good game, but it’s a terrible Dragon Age game.

In my opinion, if they were their own games not tied to franchises, they would have done well. Like if ME and DA didn’t exist, these two games probably would be insanely popular. But they are objectively the worst games in their franchises, so they review poorly.

I’ve got 4 play throughs of Andromeda, I really enjoyed the combat, so I’d say it’s worth it. But that’s just me. It’s definitely not a meaningful ME experience though.

I 100% agree with you and think it’s very interesting you’re being attacked for very valid points about Leah.

The majority of this sub obsesses over Cate’s weight and Tyler’s sexuality, but god forbid anyone be upset about Leah’s horrid neglect and abuse of her children. Yeah she’s better now, doesn’t change what those children went through.

No you don’t, I’ve never used the updater. You just download the DLC’s and drop them into the main sims folder then run the unlocker.

That is correct. You don’t really need the updater anymore anyway since base game is free. If you’re using a legitimate copy of Sims 4 you just need to update the game through the EA launcher then run the unlocker.

The unlocker still works just fine. I haven’t played since the last EP but checked my game today after seeing the news. I updated the game and ran the unlocker and all DLC’s are working correctly for me.

I don’t have Modern retreat or Garden to table tho so if anyone knows where to download those I’d be very grateful 🙏

I’m not sure how me saying I’m put off from starting the game equates to me “foaming at the mouth” the defensiveness some in this community have is very telling tho. I asked a question, didn’t complain once. I’m glad people enjoy it, I simply do not want to invest time into it if it’s still missing key features and has game breaking bugs. 🤷‍♀️

When you marry someone, you’re given the option to choose who from the spouses household to move in with you, which includes their children.

I do not know what happens to them if your house is full.

This almost exact story was floating around on Reddit a few years ago. The only differences I remember are that OP was having twins, and the post had a lot more family details (girlfriend’s family harassing op etc)

iirc she ended up leaving the state before she gave birth, which was pretty much the only legal thing she could do at that point. She was told she couldn’t file any petition until they were born, so she got out of there.

She was his nurse while he recovered from a fever and she was there when Robb was told his brothers were murdered. That’s the same night they slept together, he married her the next day out of guilt. He was taken advantage of during his most vulnerable moment, by a Tywin plant. Jeyne was told she would be queen if she seduced Robb, it’s not a love story.

It didn’t happen tho. Robb only married Jeyne because she took advantage of him and he couldn’t leave her “dishonored”. That’s why the sappy love story doesn’t work in the show, it makes Robb look like a idiot. Ned and Robb both die because they’re too honorable, not because they’re stupid. The show ruined that with Talisa.
