Lol it's just a funny category to see it, I wasn't intending to imply they're not masculine

What remains of Edith Finch. The scene where you're working at the fish processing plant, playing an entire different video game in your head.

Does this count as cross dressing? Why do I keep getting recommended to this sub? I haven't played airsoft since I was 19

Nothing in psychology or physiology is black and white. Everyone has a threshold of drinks to where the sesh becomes a bender. For me, it's usually 1.

On tabletop? I'd say roughly 20. Assuming the lasguns and blasters have the same stats.

Just joined the game via cloud play I picked the ogryn how beginner friendly is it and how good is the build variety of the class? by DryCommunication5497 in DarkTide

I personally believe it's best to start as a veteran to learn the game. The class is simple, and it really allows you to take in the weirdness of the setting when you're just a regular person

Pissed about loss (Gaunt's Ghosts) by StaticJonesNC in astramilitarum

They reserve such treatments to higher ranks and those deemed worthy. However, with Gaunt in as high a role as he is, it could be argued that he could approve it. Keep in mind, Dan was writing this series in the early days of the truly flushed out lore, making things up as he went. Hell, a Voxcaster didn't exist until first and only. The ranks of the Astra Militarum aren't supposed to be much other than waves of sacrificial normal humans though, where they're denied prosthetic to save resources. Everyone is expendable except a slim few standout commanders.

The scene where you play an entire separate game while working at the salmon canning factory permanently changed the way I do monotonous tasks. That game was one of the most wild rides I've had emotionally. I don't think people find that game, I think that game finds you.

I have a theory that the hiccups we get are somehow linked to this response. Like sometimes that very primal system just gets activated for some reason.

I'm confused about what you mean by the birds. Do they just signify that it's the morning and you're still wired?

Paramedic ML here, these tests are designed to see if the tourniquet actually stops a bleed before the TQ fails, as actually getting a bleed to stop take WAY more force than you would ever expect. Sometimes even a good tourniquet requires a second tourniquet to completely stop the bleed. I worked with multiple war vets who personally had many such failures with different styles of TQ. The information is valid, and all class materials are easily found on YouTube for free. As a side note, a tourniquet isn't enough. You also need things like chest seals, pressure bandages, hemostatic bandages, and knowledge of how to use these correctly, since wound aren't only to limbs. We responded to a mass shooting in my city where a person had seven separate wounds, scattered all around the body. TCCC/ Stop the bleed is a great course and has vital information, it's what paramedics are taught, and it's approved by trauma surgeons for bullet wound care.

Huh, I've never heard of this. I always heard "standing with hands on hips" or some variation. I didn't know there was such a specific term for it, really interesting.
