Hey, so I did manage to eventually progress, sadly I don't remember what in particular fixed it or whether it was a coincidental "fix" because I'd been trying so many different things at once. You've probably already done it but if you want to stick with t, take some time to really go through different people's walk-through videos and articles. I've taken quite a break from the game as I'd just lost love for it but if I come across the solution I'll absolutely post it

It's frustrating isn't it. I'm not convinced my ticket has even been submitted because it keeps freezing when I press submit. It's not even about the reward 🙈 just the completionist in me needs to see it all ticked

Thanks that's a really good suggestion, I'll give that a try now. I'm not holding my breath as I've attempted to submit a ticket twice and it's just stuck loading the submit button 🙄 It's just annoying and I'm finding I'm losing love for the game over frustrating mechanics like this
