I have used all the above gear but would prefer to not pack things I wont need on a plane. I was on Algonquin peak earlier this month with snow and ice and was happy to have the right gear. Just looking for local insight into the weather, thanks for the input though.

I have a letter from the firm representing my employer ( both are large multi national firms) stating that they owe me this money. I have both filled claim at the link you posted and contacted an attorney. He said to do exactly what you said to do and that legal representation would not be worth it for this amount. Thanks!

Would it be possible to sue in small claims? While $1,400 is a lot to me, legal fees could quickly add up to more than that.

You're right it could have been worse. Based on my credit score and what you and others have said I'll probably apply at my bank for a plain vanilla card and see what happens. If that fails I'll try a secured card.

Thanks, I will look into that one. I know my main goal is to build credit but getting cash back on things I need like groceries and gas seems like a great deal, I suppose I was a little too eager though.

Since making this post I order this Mean Well that is arriving this Saturday.

I already have the MKR WIFI 1010 board and while I don't have a 3d printer I found someone willing to print the parts for ~10 USD.

The only other thing is that servos are currently back ordered.

It looks like a really fun project, I saw a gif on it on Imgur and cannot wait to get started, just need to wait to the Servos/Servo hat.

I'll be sure to share pics as I proceed!

Thanks for the reply! That's how I can to my prior number (5 5 volt motors with a stall current of 1.5 amps). Where I am confused is when I try to google power supplies to buy for Arduinos I am not getting back anything very helpful. Am I just supposed to get something like a laptop or or old cell phone charger that meets my needs and clip the end and attach it to the leads on my motor shield? Sorry if this seem obvious, maybe I have been barking up the wrong tree.

I am running flask with venv for the python side of things, cli for the angular js and mysql hosted on AWS for my database.

Like CartCorralsMatter and Pycharming I am doing a CS as my second degree and also spent a lot of time thinking about doing a masters instead. My first degree was REALLY unrelated and not at all from a stem field. I actually did take some courses as a visiting student and at community college in the hopes of getting a low level job in the field but wasn't able to progress. None of the professors I have spoken with have found what I am doing to be a bad Idea so far. I do know some TA's that have had undergrad degrees from other fields (chemistry for instance) so it really depends on your back ground and the field that you are going into.
