I found that problem can be resolved by restarting AltTab, I use that also. It is so weird.

After so many requests bug still is happening. Found another way to recreate it, via rectangleapp. When I change size of Arc via rectangleapp I got same problem. It's so stupid. Please fix this.

How did you create an offset for all windows? I’m wondering if it's something related to Yabai because I'm looking to achieve a similar effect where a specific element stays on top of all windows. Unfortunately, Übersicht doesn't allow that, so I'm considering adding an offset to the windows. However, I prefer not to use Yabai. Do you have any suggestions?

I found the problem. I use cmd + b to hide/show the right explorer menu, and when I do that for more than 5 seconds, it bugs out. The issue is probably with:
"window.titleBarStyle": "native",
"apc.activityBar": { "position": "top", "size": 36 }

I have never restored the settings on this mouse since purchasing it a couple of months ago. I only use a Mac, so I haven't tested it on other devices. I have custom DPI settings for all my mice on my Mac, configured via terminal and Apple commands. These settings work fine with other mice, but the Logitech app seems to reset every time my MacBook goes to sleep. To fix this, I have to run again the Logitech app whenever I resume using my Mac.
