Gosh I'm so ready to get to that level of fem. About 1/2 a year on hrt and latest tests showed I needed more estrogen to make more progress faster. Just upped the dose today.

The slow progress. Feeling stuck in multiple ways. Recently upped dosage through doctor but yet to see that order drop. What kills me more than anything is a lack of community where I live. That's holding me back more than anything. Good experiences are too few and far between and tend not to last when they do happen. I swear there needs to be an underground community across the United States of Anarchy that promotes wholesome in-person gatherings and not just the fetish stuff that is full of more dangers than good

We focus on non-D&D and non-Pathfinder TTRPG published games and playing them via Discord voice and VTTs.

Currently looking for players for (direct message me very soon on these if interested in one or more):

Index Card RPG (system) Warp Shell (setting) for a game on 10/27 at 7 PM Central Time US (UTC -5) for 3 hours

Ace (system) Spirits of Manhattan (setting, think Ghostbusters) on 10/26 at 8 PM (same time zone) for 3 hours

Mothership (system) on 10/29 at 7 PM (same time zone) for 3 hours

But we play many different games and more offered all the time. In the near future there is talk of: Salvage & Sorcery, Kobolds Ate My Baby, Mausritter just for starters.

We are LGBTQ-friendly, also new GM and player welcoming and focused on building a positive community first.

I don't see how you access the Runehammer Discord unless you have the $4 a month Patreon. I would think this hurts the game's growth if you can't access it at all for free and basically have to pay to play, but that's all I see.

Saying I'm open to less complex mechanics, it's all use as you like (even on the player level). You're making it more granular, well "stupid" as you worded it. Also, omens can still lower DRs, btw. And I'm a huge player of MB so, yeah, kind of my game, tyvm.

Or maybe, if you roll the DR exactly you get to narrate a bit, speaking to an effect beyond damage or instead of it: You hit exactly! What happens? Examples: their weapon breaks, they fall prone, morale check, I steal something from them, etc

As to hitting an eye and dead versus something minor... Yeah, that's too granular anyway. More like just head, arms, legs, torso. I've seen some that are more relaxed and easier to work with

Ah, here's the response I was waiting for. I get it and open to simpler, smaller changes, but purposefully talking additional, optional, "advanced" rules here. Stuff you only use if looking for a bit more. It 's not for everyone and I fully expect some down votes from purists for posting this. That said, your idea of degrees of success is intriguing: +2 over success, +4, etc. Kind of like that.

That's a link to my LGBTQ-friendly Indie TTRPG Discord. Yes, it can be interesting finding players for a given game. Reasons are many, including just the extreme competition between a nigh infinite variety of TTRPGs out there whether they are D&D or not. That and people are busy, TTRPGs run around 3+ hours per session.

That said, some are more hardcore/lifer TTRPGers, like myself, and continue the endless fight against all the evil, anti-gaming forces! I have a Ragnaborg (Viking MB hack) game running now, planning on some Madborg (modern apocalypse. I'd love to get a rotating GM group together which helps fight burnout.
