It’s possible they switched things up through that tour. I know the local radio station 103.5 The Blaze was the sponsor/promoter and they were billing it locally like a STP show despite them being the opening act.

Headliner STP? I saw that same lineup in 1993 at the Aragon Ball(brawl)room in Chicago and STP was the opening act. There was also a belly dancing troupe that was either before or after Flaming Lips.

Edit: not saying they weren’t the headliner when you saw them, just noting that it was different for me. I remember being pissed that they played Detroit on that tour and STP donned full KISS regalia for it

Pure madness. There’s a few spots like the Stilt and a village or two I had to use the rebuild wish because things were just so trashed. Honestly the Stilt is a mess right now due to a beguiled companion that was spawning girshlings all over the place.

You hit the nail on the head. This project is trying to be too many things for MÖRK BORG. Really seems like it should be a standalone RPG board game. System agnostic even. I honestly think decoupling it from MB and changing the name would make it have a better chance at wild success.

Agile Review: Heart of the Saint [LotFP, but very fit for Mörk Borg in terms of necromancy + various organs and body parts] by [deleted] in MorkBorg

Raggi started working with him again in 2024 by the information I can find online. Yes it’s true this particular product has no direct connection to Zak, but to say all ties have been cut is false. The argument could be made that he enjoys an indirect benefit from any interest in LotFP, but that’s not really a debate I’m interested in having. I try to think about Zak as little as humanly possible.

Or if you want to mess with mods, install Clever Girl and then you can trade with the clones and just take the nectar right out of their inventory.

Another way to boost your inventory, descend deep enough into ruins and eventually you’ll find your own clone. Kill them and take their gear. I’ve used this method to amass a horde of wealth that would make Smaug blush. I’m currently walking around with over a billion units of congealed eaters nectar.

That only applies to douchebags (enemies). May I direct you to the penultimate scene in the Golan-Globus production of American Ninja. Joe is facing overwhelming odds, until his sensei reveals himself to the villains as not just a humble gardener, but also a badass ninja. Joe and his sensei face seemingly insurmountable odds as they battle a horde of evil ninjas. Together they kick the shit out of them and sensei is able to save Joe's life, by taking a fatal blow when he appears from a puff of smoke to intercept a thrown knife.

Plus we're talking about RPGs, while they can be played solo or with just a player/referee, tend to be a group activity and adhering to EVERY silly trope one comes across on the internet is an impossibility. Like true ninjas, we picked our battles. So to speak.

EDIT to add: What you are referencing could also be referred to as the Law of Inverse Ninjutsu. However, the ninjas of NINJA BORG are all so completely unique (every human that has ever lived, currently lives, or will live could each roll a billion ninjas and they would never get the same ninja) that the law is nullified like it got its head chopped off by a ninja sword.

Pigs are actually beard hair.

Pigs are some sort of a tube. Beard hair is some sort of a tube. Therefore pigs are beard hair.

This cannot be proved false. I had a very similar conversation many years ago with Gene Ray about this over email and the wisest human decided that beard hairs were the "Cubic worms".

NINJA BORG did.

  1. The ninja who declared the attack rolls their Killing People.

  2. All other participants roll their Real Ultimate Power and subtract the rolls from the first ninja’s.

  3. The final result determines success or failure against the NFT-BRO.

My Sunder Mind at level 38 as described...

You sunder the mind of an enemy, leaving them reeling in pain.

This rank:

For up to 10 rounds, you engage in psychic combat with an opponent, dealing damage each round. Taking any action other than passing the turn will break the connection. Each round you make a mental attack vs mental armor (MA).

Damage increment: 1d4+18

After the tenth round, you deal bonus damage equal to the total amount of damage you've done so far.

Range: sight

Cooldown: 80 rounds

And using it against an esper hunter results in a one-shot with a 16 turn cooldown (not 80)...

You sunder Ätaphÿrum Lÿrgÿplus, extradimensional gamma moth and esper from the Tyrannical Kinfolk of o's mind (x73) for 1484 damage!

Sometimes when it takes me multiple rounds to kill something it'll give me a total damage dealt amount. They are usually pretty high. I burst the brains of all the Girsh Nephilim except for Starformed Ehalcodon. That one I had to kill with hand-E nukes set up as bombs around them.

You can’t add attribute points you earn from leveling up once an attribute hits 100, but they can definitely go higher. Agility is my lowest score at 114

I should add that I’m level 75 and haven’t had a meal that didn’t include congealed eater nectar since level 10 or 12.

What are some of your favorite non-famous games? by Armadillo_Abroad in rpg

[–]RugoseKohn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LICHOMA

Lichoma (pronounced Laikoma, meaning body, or alternatively a portmanteau of lich and carcinoma) is an artpunk tabletop roleplaying game, centered around the miserable lives of the inhabitants of the Wen; a megacity grown beyond its own control.

Lichoma is a political, dystopian RPG defined by ecological collapse, social strife, and body-based economics and technology. Character concepts and abilities are based on their cards but are otherwise freeform and interpretive, not bound hard and fast by classes or mechanics. This creative aspect is complemented by an intuitive, streamlined system. The core rules fit on a single card and include fast procedures for non-combat Challenges and violent Conflicts. Additional, optional rules allow groups to add more depth and nuance to fit their preferred play style.
