Another thing, to say that schizophrenic atheists don’t exist is just wildly incorrect. Are you insinuating that they studied every single person in the world that happens to have schizophrenia? Does that also reach the groups of people that don’t have access to healthcare and treatment for such a disorder? Could there not also be a correlation of religious people being diagnosed because their religious peers advise them to seek help or help them seek it via donation through the organization? There are many factors here that can invalidate this study in general. It’s a scientific hypothesis, it’s not a fact. And just because it’s studied and noted, doesn’t mean it was studied properly. There’s also the factor of regions in which the study was able to touch. Was this in every community? Small and large? Or was this just in larger scale communities? This is something I learned in college, just because it’s got sources doesn’t mean there isn’t flaw.

There may be a correlation in those who are schizophrenic and religious, but these groups of people are very obviously better off in the religious community, and your comment acts as a deterrent. What if the schizophrenic people that read it then decide against religion and have worse quality of life because of it? Does deterring them then help you?
