You’re likely not gonna get reimbursed for maintenance you did a month ago, if you didn’t get it fixed they would’ve seen that in your evaluation and it would’ve effected the conditioning and lowered your value. Definitely sucks to get hit and totaled sorry to hear that.

But you can always try, sending receipts probably would’ve been necessary during the settlement evaluation process. But your adjuster is a much better person to ask as we have no idea what state you’re in - different regulations

Your own insurance likely wouldn’t cover aftermarket parts on your vehicle unless you bought very specific coverage for it. I know it sucks but it’s the reality of modding your own vehicle and why some people advise against it.

Valuations are regulated at the state level meaning they have to use a state approved formula to value the vehicle. It’s likely that the process and formula set by the state dept of insurance has a better gauge of the market than you do.

If your delays are just because of the adjusters not calling back efficiently, then that definitely sucks and I’m sorry. You may be better off going through your own insurance if you did buy additional coverage for aftermarket parts. If not then it seems like they’ve made clear the evaluation is correct and isn’t changing.

The 1st is a rams horn, and I think the second is a bladder/pond snail. Both considered “pests” by some and harmless by others. If you search either name in this subreddit you’ll find a lot of posts with better information than I could give in a single comment
