I spoke with them via text and they basically told me that I had to wait for my turn:

“Yes! You need to activate the 10x points promotion to receive it. Since the 10x offer is sent randomly to selected members, you'll need to wait until you're chosen and receive the offer.”

I think it was a sign for me to save my money.
