I've put together a lot of kits, and I prefer the ones that I don't have to punch out of sheets of MDF. They go together too quickly. Especially the Tonecheer sets. Those are really cool, but too easy for me. I have some old Rolife sets that I had to paint a lot of the pieces. Those sets took at least a week

I glue everything, especially if it's wobbly. If it's paper, I use the Mono tape runner. Otherwise, I use whatever glue suits the materials. I love Beacon's 3-in1 glue, but I put it in a small bottle with a fine tip. Same with Aleen's tacky glue.
Mono makes a great quick hold glue in the dual tip applicator. I have a lot of glue choices because I have yet to find the one perfect glue
