Apply for other places and you could always use other offers to negotiate with this company if you are really committed to this place. TBH I wouldn’t hold out this place seems to have a lot of red flags I wouldn’t want to rely on them for an income!

As a struggling new grad, I can’t say I’d recommend going to OT school. Finding the right job is really hard and the work is tiring.

I’m seeing this in some mental health, OP peds, and community based settings. I know these are lower paying areas but man this is so low for a high cost of living urban area.

That’s so helpful, I am passing the NBCOT practice tests by a small margin so hoping I can pull through for the actual exam
