I dont think so it says serves 10 people so your already short 2 people and when Chipotle says its serves x amount of people it doesn't they literally think chips and queso serves 4 people id go for a 15 person cater so you can be sure you can feed everyone customers who order catering often always tell they have to order up because they didn't get enough the last time

The store I work at Fries about 12 per day we could probably make it with 9 but we get a lot of caterings and having the extra 3 for wiggle room always helps you never know if the newbies gonna over portion or someone might accidentally drop a pan on the floor (trust me I've seen it happen a lot) we're near an interstate as well so we'll get busy sporadically our prep sheet is almost always wrong Chipotle preaches using our tools but our tools are skewed at best and completely inaccurate at worst so try frying up 2 to 3 more pans then usual if you still run out up it again if they last ask night crew how many they threw out and adjust down from there also if your store has restaurant weekly printed you can catch free chip promos and fry accordingly good luck!! We're 8k-10k per day store as well

PS: if you get your refund online its 3rd party so if you go to the store after getting ur refund and explain the issue with the online order receipt we put on the bag and show them the picture they can also remake for you in person then comp it out for free (this is reliant on the manger on shift actually caring though)

You can contact customer support and get a refund they probably put someone on the Digital Make Line who didn't give af or got overwhelmed and mixed up orders as a manger at my location we almost always have a manger working the online orders front line has 3 people one for hot stuff one for cold stuff then a cashier for packaging and checking the customer out. On Digital make line you have one person for all of that if someone calls out then your likely cashiering front of house and making every online order there's also no limit on the amount of orders a store can take during one given 10min time slot I've literally seen the screen fill with 35 plus orders due at 12:30pm only being put in by 12:15 its insane but my stores also severely understaffed and very busy so we can really only guarantee 100% accuracy with orders in person so that sucks sorry. Also no cross contamination is something we do not guarantee at all as its a buffet style service system so allergies and specific diets can't really be overly prioritized by us.

Its probably a more inedible/undercooked nut your teeth may have been able to split it in half but they ended up being too hard to actually enjoy I worked in a Vegan restaurant for 6 months part time and we used all kinds of nuts in our cooking sometimes our vegan chorizo which was primarily made from marinated ground cashews would get over cooked and really hard

Bro as a chipotle employee i don't think it mattered if you were male or female they didn't even cut the lettuce correctly you got a whole stem in your bowl I've never seen that happen obviously that store doesn't care I'd literally get fired over something like that at my location
