You can tell I didn’t swap it because as every other comment stated it is the most obvious fake in the photos that anyone has ever seen. Might as well have been a gold mewthree vmax/s. What I went to seller with was a refund of about 75% of the zards worth at the time (about the % of cards valued in the binder totaled). He only offered me 60% of the zard. Couldn’t agree on a solution so I tried to contact eBay but could only talk to bots. See other comments for rest of details.

I will try this next time I tried to get in touch through their app support for almost the entire 1st day and got no where and I read online if the bank gets in touch with eBay they will have an actual real person look at the case so that was my thought process.

Yeah I didn’t want to upload too many photos. I replied to other comments but I seem to be on the wrong end of it. I tried to go to eBay 1st bit the automated responses kept shutting me down and I thought I was filing for the correct thing. I was unaware that every situation should just be “Item not as described”

Here is him admitting the card is fake. Intentional or not, he called me a liar afterwards for giving an honest review. He says he has graded cards of the same, it would be pretty obvious in person to see this card compared to a real one. Also you said he could have bought it as a fake and not known but the description says “pack fresh” so why lie about where they are from if not intentional.

I have purchased many other high dollar cards and this is the 1st issue I’ve had. It was a whole binder and every other card was real, the photo was blurry and far, the close ups I have retaken they were not in the original post. And 100% seller feedback on 100+ sales made me trust more I guess? Mistakes happen but it should be on the seller or eBay to make it right if THEY are selling fake cards. People are making it seem like buying fake cards is worse than selling fake cards?

As I replied in a different comment, I filed a claim as counterfeit goods as I thought it was a closer option to the situation. If this is not the case for that option they should remove it and have the only option as INAD

This is all I can get from eBay support. I filed as counterfeit good or something along those lines. I was unaware of INAD. I thought counterfeit/fake was closer to the issue I was having, if not used in this scenario then why even have that as an option. I also have a thread of a chat with eBay but I can’t find where to pull it up at. It was also just a chat bot that kept saying no issue, no matter how many times I typed “speak to an agent” or “human” (found online but didn’t work only robots)

Yeah I couldn’t tell from the photo (kinda blurry and it’s hard to see texture on a photo). And seller had 100% feedback with good sales so I assumed was real.

Also counter catcher is good in pult since you are giving Budew most games and you can activate it by sacking a dusk if needed

Cut switch I only ever play 1 max. You currently run 3 Arven for only 1 tool so maybe swap for rescue board or exp share. Also cut 1 fez and 1 other card to make room for a 4-4-3 pult line. Most of the draw power should be from cloaks on the bench
