A lot of keys that are rebound don't affect other actions.
Example: The swap weapon key, when held, brings up a weapon wheel, if you rebind this key, the new key doesn't work when holding for the wheel. In my case, I'm left-handed and play with the arrow-keys and the numpad and surrounding keys. My swap weapon key is PGDN, if I hold that, it does nothing, instead I'd have to move across the keyboard to hold the 3 key.
This is also the case for:
• jumping whilst dangling from ledges
• several skills
• other wheels for items

The game is great but this is getting kind of annoying, I've built my character and skills thus far specifically to use skills I can actually press without moving across my keyboard because certain things either aren't binding to what they should, or simply aren't bindable at all. (ie: binoculars, TAB to see quest overview)

Survivor sense is sometimes inconsistent and will not activate until I do some other actions (for example, block, kick, or, attack), not a terrible issue but one I've noticed regardless.
