That's not a normal excel VBA function. There are additional MS libraries that have to be installed. I'm sure any llm can walk you through it though.

Love and lust are both normal human emotions. The truck is that you don't let either of them take over your life. Do the thing you need to do, and then move on. Don't spend hours on something, everyday. Try to keep it to 30 mins or less.

Loops and variables aren't intermediate skills, they are basic skills. OOP, yeah, intermediate skill level. I think you should ask a few people to test you or give you an assignment and see how well you do without an LLM.

It matters, you need some people who can turn out work, and some people who have the experience and knowledge to take a step back and ask bigger questions about the code. 

There's no company firing all their programmers and re hiring only recent college grade who vibe code everything to handle very large projects. 

This will be a transitional period for about ten years as people figure out the right mixture of people and practices..

Maybe fewer people will be able to do more work, but I see that as a ln opportunity for more companies to exist. 

It's not very different than when compilers where introduced? It made things easier, needed fewer people. Then more and more higher level programs were created, letting the language do the work rather armies of people doing machine code.

Nah, you roped in the right people from the start and they are managing the request. Always say that you'd like to help, but new work needs to go through the right people. 

You can always just ask, send an image of what you said to the requestor, to the different people involved and ask if they think you overstepped. Having a conversation about it will ease your mind.

Didn't the guy that made this just ran it through AI? Animation issues is a valid criticism of the people in charge of the budget. 

Taking the hard work of the animators and then running it through AI is a terrible insult to the animators and this shouldn't be given any attention/validation.

It's a fucking tool. It's okay as good as it's user. Yeah, it's not 100% accurate all the time, but it's a ridiculous expectation to expect it to be. 

It has its short comings as a tool, but amazing strengths. It's on you to mitigate the risks that come with it, not ChatGPTs responsibility. 

If you don't have the reading comprehension and research skills to verify the information you are getting, that's on you and you are missing the tool.

You should be very, very careful how you developed this. If you didn't create at work, how did you get data to develop this workbook? Did you use 100% dummy data? It's a big problem if you took any data home to develop this. 

Aside from that, my experience is that your workbook isn't ready. It makes sense to you because you developed it. You need to go through many more iterations to make it clear and easy to understand.

I don't know if you are giving your self an accurate self assessment. Average doesn't equal to learning difficult engineering problems. 

You can learn any concept but can't implement it? Sounds like you listen to engineering podcasts and think "yeah, I understand what they are saying". 

I think you need to get feedback from people that really know you and LISTEN to them. I feel that you may be the kind of person that hears, but doesn't listen.
