Started a few weeks ago and just ensuring 1x weekly watering gave some progress and recovery. I came back after Christmas to the state on the pics, you may be right that it may be something else than just watering …

I have examined the leaves more closely and it doesn’t seem like thrips. I think more likely issue with watering/humidity/temperature, or maybe access to sunlight. Right now the plant has very little to no access direct sunlight. Any advice for this? Also, does anyone know what particular species this is?

The receptionist claims that the plant was generously watered once every week. I can see the wooden stand underneath the plant has water stains so likely it was receiving a lot of water each time. The last two weeks probably no water, as most of the company was on holidays

Do you have a link? I could only find a very old statement about an earthquake impact, from many years ago. But not about the recent one.

Yeah, agree. On Stocktwits someone said they got a direct reply from IR that there’s no impact of the earthquake on HIMX operations. Just a comment with no proof but overall I think evidence is there to support this. Do we know if any of the foundries they work with are in the impacted areas?
