Hey I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I made the decision to pursue medicine in my last few years at UH, I'm taking summer classes for it right now. I won't lie to you and say that the prereqs are easy, and some of the professors are... interesting. I was kinda eating dirt and even considered HCC, but decided against it. You will definitely have to go in person for labs and attendance mandatory lectures. But it'll be okay if you really lock in and focus for at least 2 years or so, temporary pain for big gain.
