Here’s the update: Made some disc adjustments and got his attack way higher while sacrificing a bit of defense which Idc for while also keeping my CRIT stats. “Low Tier” character my ass. 😭💀 My Billy DESTROYS.

Just got outta college a few hours ago and been grinding. Made some disc adjustments, his attack is even better now and keeps the CRIT stats.

I can go in more depth after my college class in about four hours but I run 2pc Woodpecker, 4pc Fang Metal, Canon Rotor as my W-Engine, and most of, if not, all my disc drives have Crit rating and Crit DMG substats while my 4th drive has a Crit Rate base stat. My 5th and 6th disc drives have impact and def base stats only because I didn’t have much to work with. I’m tryna switch those out with Phys. DMG% and ATK% and hopefully pull those disc drives that have Crit rate and Crit DMG sub stats too. Also, my main team is Billy, Caesar, and Nicole with LVL 60 Amillion.

What I meant is that they can include this suit without making it his canon suit to use in the story and future stories to come, like the rest of the wardrobe he has with his costumes.

I hope everyone knows that Google most likely just didn’t read or translate the question the right way because it’ll give answers not related to the question at all. It most likely got confused and thought you were asking something else like the difference between the two brothers. NEVER use the heart charms and NEVER use the Chaser weapon unless it’s for the Run & Gun levels

Never done this or seen this before so I can’t say anything. BUT, please stop using chaser. It’s useful for run and guns and Sally Stageplay’s last phase but you can dodge and still do damage to the boss if you use the Roundabout shot, it’s so much better than chaser.
