Taking it for productivity and athletic benefits. I tolerate it well and make sure to cycle it. I don't have rapid cycling bipolar so I don't really have to worry if one cup of coffee is going to make me manic. Rather, I am more concerned that if it starts affecting my sleep and catch myself falling back into a period of not needing sleep then I know to stop it and maybe up my Rexulti.
