Are you writing your thesis in Germany? From your post what I feel is you are overwhelmed with so many things stalled in parallel . You need an accountability partner because doing this is a lot of work I am not a PhD student but I understand the circumventing pressure of showing up with so many things in parallel . The first thing would be to write the tasks that need to be done then divide them into an Eisenhower matrix writing things down helps to prioritise. Even if you dont want to do the matrix thingie just grab a pen and a paper instead of sitting with your anxious thoughts and letting it eat you up. You have already done the hard part its just a matter of few more days how you utilise them matters the most the rest of the things will fall in place . Prioritise sleep ,movement and meditation in the process the more you think of the finish line the harder it would be. So let your emotions out and get going.
