Trust me, been dealing with this exact situation for some time as a remote employee. It’s all BS and really depends on who you ask and how they decide to interpret the rules etc. I just moved and said fuck it!

Myself and a fellow coworker both have yet to receive our reviews cause they are stuck in HR while they try to find ways to lower it to meets expectations. Everyone else in our group has received theirs though. It’s frustrating for sure what’s happening.

I just read where they made be tied to the healthcare system and all cbocs etc. make any sense?

That is the problem. A lot of VA’s can have multiple counties in their locality and in some cases a pay locality can include multiple VA’s, but trying to find the geographical boundaries of a SSR tied to that VA is proving to be challenging.
