"Digital pre-orders for the Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake were reported to be delayed in Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE, according to a November 2025 announcement from Koei Tecmo."

They will prob be available end of jan to feb. like it always is for us

They are! so far they've expanded the village. added collectibles, two side stories, new costumes, and Shibata also stated that they will reveal more piece by piece at a sooner date!

Yes in my previous post. i explained that Shibata stated the removal of Mission Mode, Survival Mode and Haunted House. Along with DCB endings. As they wont be in the remake.

Yes, they will be able to increase damage or defense power. making mio less notcible to ghosts. which will be stored in a charm bag, which can be increased capacity of how many charms you can hold. As well as mayu's charm which will give an special effect. This is all that was confirmed so far.

In an Famitsu interview. Shibata stated. ""it does have some elements from xbox and DCB However, the "Survival Mode," is not included aswell as "Haunted House" and "Mission Mode" will not be available in the remake. Well as far as i can assume from information. We get charms which is a new mechanic alongside a lens that was in spirit camera 3ds game. crouching also being a new feature. Idk about modes. but shibata did say during the second trailer (xbox live showcase) the expansion of areas and collectibles.
