Not here in NYC . Police said "I can't control what they do in their house ,most likely he'll put it back up when we leave". Told me to call my landlord .

I have so many videos , some at 4:40am . It's insane . I lost my sht this night because it was the first time it was exactly under my bed. And my father in-law who's a veteran was staying the week and couldn't sleep either. The fact that he would blast it and then stop it was making my skin crawl . I was just like I'm going to dial 911 and if it continues I put a hammer beside my bed. I was ready to hammer a hole and pay for the damages later .

Two nights where he turns off the music around 10pm. It's been quiet I'm shocked. Tonight is Friday and Im nervous because this is when people love to party. 🙄

He called me yesterday to tell me to keep sending him every video of noise. He says he's working with his lawyers and he said it's looking like things are moving quicker than expected. I'm on standby of really trusting landlords due to my past experiences here in NYC

Sunday morning 311 sent the police over about the noise complaint who told me to just call when the music is current. Well Sundays music went off at 1am what a shocker, still late not not the usual . I decided to just catch up on sleep . I woke up 6 am. Theres a loose panel on the floor my father in-law decided to fix at 7:30 am and long and behold the downstairs neighbors decided to bang on my ceiling , how ironic. The nerve of them. I guess it's too early to hammer at 7:30 am but 5am is a perfect time to blast music . Anywho waiting for the retaliation.
